Anxiety disorder is a mental health condition characterized
by persistent and excessive worry, fear or nervousness in response to everyday

Disorder (OCD), and Specific Phobias. Symptoms include restlessness, fatigue,

dizziness, or abdominal distress.
• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, also known as PTSD, is an anxiety disorder that can result
from being exposed to a terrifying event or experience in which serious
physical harm occurred or was in danger of occurring. Violent personal
assaults, natural or man-made disasters, accidents, and military combat are all
types of trauma that can lead to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Social Phobia, also known as Social Anxiety Disorder Social Phobia, also known as Social Anxiety Disorder, is an anxiety disorder that is marked by excessive self-consciousness and overwhelming anxiety in everyday social situations. In its most severe form, social phobia may be so widespread that a person experiences symptoms almost anytime they are around other people. Examples of social phobia include a fear of speaking in formal or informal settings or eating or drinking in front of others.
Anxiety disorder can be effectively treated using a
combination of methods, including:
